Phoofie's Chicken Penne Zuppa

Ingredients
1 lg. can of chicken breast meat1 5oz container of fresh spinach14.5 oz box of whole wheat pasta1/4 cup minced garlic (from jar)1 lg can of chicken broth or 4 small cans1 package of fresh or frozen turkey meatballs (12 in pk)salt/pepper to taste (I add a bit of hot sauce for zing)Shredded parmesean cheese (1 tbsp) to top each serving
Directions
Heat olive oil in lg pot.
Toss in meatballs and smash with potato masher (or chop into chunks before you add to pot.
Add canned chicken (you can use leftover chicken)
Add garlic and any spices you like.
Pour in chicken broth, then heat to boil.
Throw in pasta, then toss in spinach in at the end.
Top with parmesean.
Makes 12 (1 cup) servings
