Turkey Meatloaf Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb Ground turkey1c seasoned bread crumbs1 large egg2tbsp finely chopped green pepper2tbsp finely chopped onion1/2 jalapeno2tbsp plain lowfat yougurt2tbsp chili powder2tsp ground cumin1tsp ground black pepper1tsp salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and divide into 4 sections. This should make 4 nice size burgers. You can make a topping of 1 tsp chili powder, 2tsp hotsauce, and 1 tsp paprika with the remainder of an 8oz yogurt container if that is what you use for your burgers. Cook and enjoy!
