Ingredients
1 to 1.5 lb 80/20 ground beef1 large green bell pepper, diced1 large red bell pepper, diced1 medium spanish onion, diced15.5 oz can kidney beans28 oz crushed tomato28 oz petite diced tomato1 Tbsp chili powder (adjust to taste)1/2 Tbsp salt3/4 tsp ground black pepper1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp dried oregano1/4 tsp dried basil1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
Directions
Brown ground beef. Drain fat if desired. Add peppers, onion, beans, tomatoes, seasonings, and simmer for at least 2 hours (up to 4), stirring occasionally.
