.89 pound stew pork,or cut up pork chops1 10 oz. package frozen mixed vegetables2 cups brown rice cooked1/4 red pepper diced1/2 t. cumin1/2 t. ginger2 - 3 cloves of garlicpepper to taste2-4 drops of liquid smoke 2-4 drops worshire sauce
place pork chuncks on a dish, sprinkle with liquid smoke, worshire sauce, and half of each dry ingredients. Mix together, and let marinate for a few minutes while getting vegetables and rice. In a hot pan ( I used a cast iron skillet) spray a touch of cooking spray just to keep pork from sticking. put in pork chuncks and fry till cooked. While pork is cooking mix remander of ingredients together and add to pan when pork is cooked. Add enough water to keep from sticking to the bottom ( about 1/4 to 1/2 cup). Let cook until done about 5 minutes.
