February soup (or: clean the fridge soup)

Ingredients
just add all the soup veggies you have and cut them in small slices or squares, one by one, first the ones that need more cooking time, and add water as you go along.Spices are all contained in the Montreal steak spice.I add no salt because of my high blood pressure.
Directions
makes 5 servings, that is - I like it so much that I eat 2 bowls of my soup. Perhaps a slice of toast with it. And it is so filling, I need nothing else in that meal.
