Ingredients

1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
3.5 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)
5 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
24 oz Eckrich Polska Keilbasa, Pork,Turkey,Beef
Tips
This soup is best served over rice.
Directions
Chop Onions and Cabbage into healthy chunks, thin slice Kielbasa.
In a gallon size soup pot. Add Cabbage and Onion along with one cup of water, cover with a lid and set the burner to medium-high, stirring occasionally. Once the onions are clear and the cabbage has wilted add the Kielbasa, stir well and again cover for a few minutes.
By now the water should have leached from the cabbage and its volume has reduced, add the diced tomatos, do not drain, and add the broth. Stir well and bring to a boil for at least 10 minutes. Remove from heat and Serve.
