Quick and Healthy Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
1.5 cups quick oats or oats16 tbsp. of Flax Seed Meal (ground)2 packs of Jiffy Blueberry Muffin Mix or any dry mix available2 eggs1 1/2 cups milk (I prefer 1% or 2%)
Directions
This recipe can make between 12 large pancakes or 15 small pancakes.

Preheat griddle or skillet.

Mix the dry ingredients first. Then add egg and milk. Stir. If batter gets to thick, just add a little milk to thin out.

Use Pam spray in the skillet or giddle. Ladel the amount of batter onto skillet or griddle. Wait until bubbles form throughout pancake and flip. Cook until golden brown. Enjoy!!!
