Boston Brown Bread

Ingredients
* *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup * *Flour, white, 1 cup * Baking Soda, 2 tsp * Salt, 1 tsp * Brown Sugar, 2/3 cup, packed * Molasses, 1/4 cup * Buttermilk, lowfat, 2 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a loaf pan.

Whisk together flours, sugar, salt, and baking soda. Add buttermilk and molasses and stir until just combined. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour. Cool on baking rack for 5 minutes, then remove from pan. Let cool completely before slicing.
