Stew Meat with Onions and Gravy

Ingredients
3 tbsp Canola Oil1.32 # Beef Stew Meat Cubed (4 oz raw, 4.75 serv)1/2 cup Flour1 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Black Pepper1 tsp Garlic powder3 tbsp Soy Sauce1/2 cup White Onions, chopped6 cups Water
Directions
Put salt, pepper, garlic and flour in large baggie and mix. Add stew meat and toss until well coated. Heat oil in large pan. Add stew meat and brown. Drain excess oil. Add soy sauce and stir. Add onions and water and bring to boil. Turn temperature down and simmer for 30-45 minutes or until meat is tender. May have to add more water and adjust seasonings.
Makes 6 1/2 cup servings.
