Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
2 Whole Wheat Tortilla's1 tbsp Olive Oil - Extra LightSaltPepper
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Cut the tortilla's in half and then into triangular chip shapes.

I have my olive oil in a spritzer bottle (used an old butter spray bottle) but you can also put oil in a bowl.

Lay the chips onto a baking sheet (put wax paper down so they don't stick) and spray the chips lightly (or roll the chips lightly on one side into the oil)

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake for approximatley 8 mintues or longer if you like crispy.

Let cool for 2 mintues.
