1/2 cup All-Bran Cereal with Extra Fiber1 cup 1% Milk1/2 cup Blueberries1 Tbsp. Honey2 tsp. Whey Protein Powder6 Ice Cubes
Directions
Include all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

For extra volume, add more ice.
