Yogurty Indian Chicken

Ingredients
1 container fat-free plain yogurt (24 oz)3 tbsp preferred Indian spice mix.5 cup lemon juice6 chicken tenders or 3 chicken breasts, fresh or frozenFresh or frozen vegetables - peas, cauliflower, lima beans, etc.
Directions
Mix yogurt, lemon juice and spices. Marinate chicken in this for 1-3 hours. Heat oven to 375. Put yogurty chicken pieces in a small baking pan. Put vegetables on top and cover (I used a pan with a lid). If using frozen chicken, bake for 60 minutes or until cooked through; otherwise, 40-45 minutes.

Makes 3 servings or 2 large ones.
