Ingredients
1 Cup Whole Oats1/2 Cup Barley1/2 Cup Kasha/Buchwheat Groats1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Berries5-6 Cups Water1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Add all ingredients into large pot. Bring to a boil and then lower to a simmer for about an hour until all water has been absorbed and grains are tender.
