Grilled Ham and Mozzarella Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices D'Italiano real Italian breadMozzarella cheese, grated, 2 T.2 slices ham, 6.5 inches in diameter & sliced deli thin 1T. mashed avocado2T. sliced & steamed any color bell pepper1 T. Hellman's real mayonnaise
Directions
Preheat a skillet of appropriate size, preferrably iron, or a pannini press
"butter" one slice of bread with the mashed avocado.
Stack with ham and bell pepper, top with grated Mozzarella Spread half the mayonnaise on the other slice of bread
put the mayo'd bread on top, mayonnaise side out
Turn sandwich over into preheated iron skillet or press.
Spread the remaining mayonnaise on the upturned bread.
Close press, cook until golden.( If using skillet, Cover sandwich with a sheet of foil, weigh down with another skillet, cook until golden, turn and cook other side. )
Makes one sandwich, 256 calories.
