Mom's Simple Lasagne Made with Rice Noodles

Directions
1 egg24 oz pkg of 2% cottage cheese1 cup mozzarella cheese 4 cups Spaghetti Sauce2 Lbs. Ground BeefTinkyada Lasagne Brown Rice Pasta, 10 oz box1/4 cup Parm cheese
Combine first 3 ingredients (egg, Cottage cheese, mozz cheese)
Cook meat and combine with spaghetti sauce
Layer in this order:
Noodles (uncooked)
Meat/sauce mixture
Cheese mixture
Top with Parm cheese
Bake 375 for 45 min, let rest 10 min. and serve.
Makes 12 servings.
