9 oz chicken breast (chopped)1 can chicken broth1 c rice1 can garbanzo beans (drained)1 can chili beans1 tbs veg. oilwater
In a medium pot add rice and oil, brown rice (on med high)stirring frequently to keep it from burning. Once rice has started to brown add chicken, still turning to prevent burning, then add the drained can of beans. Once this is all in the pot add the chicken broth and a little water so that everything is just covered. Once it comes to a boil put the lid on and turn the heat to low and cook for 25 min.
