Herb warm salad

Ingredients
1 bunch fresh chopped cilantro 1 bunch fresh chopped parsley1 bunch fresh chopped mint leaves2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil1/2 cup sunflower seedsSea salt, pepper
Directions
In a mall pan heat oil and sunflower seeds until a little brown.
Mix all greens together, pour th ehot oil mixture, sea salt and fresh ground pepper
Mix and serve.
