Black Bean Chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, no skin, no bones. medium dice2 cups frozen green beans, broken into 1 inch pieces2 Tablespoons Sun Luck Chinese Style Black Bean saucepepper, onion powder, garlic powder 2 cups cooked rice
Directions
Start the rice cooking.
Chop Chicken into bite sized pieces.
Break green beans into bite sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add chicken, add spices.
As soon as the chicken turns white on the outside, add the beans.
Cook until chicken is done through.
Stir in black bean sauce and 1/2 cup water.
Serve over rice.

This recipe makes 4 servings.

Other vegetables such as carrots, mushrooms, onions, baby corn, or diced cabbage could be added to up the vegetables. I am just glad to get my kids to eat the green beans.
