Ingredients
Baby Carrots, raw, 5 medium (remove)Celery, raw, 1.25 cup, diced (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)Kale, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Crushed Tomatoes, 300 grams (remove)Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup, 2 serving (remove)
Directions
Saute onions with 1 clove garlic in butter; add chopped vegetables, herbs, broth and tomatoes. Add herbs, pepper and salt to taste; cook 10 minutes. For added protein add white beans.
