Peach Crisp

Ingredients
6 medium peaches cut in chunks1 box cook and serve SF/FF vanilla pudding1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/4 cup non fat milkTopping1 packet cinnamon flavored oatmeal (I use Walmart sugar free but calculated this with Quaker Weight Control)1 8oz container of FF plain yogurt
Directions
Makes 6 servings

Spray 8X8 baking pan with Pam
Mix peaches,pudding,cinnamon, nutmeg and milk until fruit is coated with pudding mixture
Pour into baking pan

In a seperate bowl mix together the oatmeal and yogurt
Spread mixture over fruit mixture to make a top crust

Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until top gets crunchy
