Baked Wild Salmon Filets marinated with herbs

Ingredients
Directions
2 garlic cloves minced6 tbsp olive oil1 tsp dried basil1/2 tsp salt1 tsp ground balck pepper1 tsp lemon juice1 tbsp dried parsley
In a bowl prepare marinade by mixing all the ingredients except salmon.
In a pyrex 9 x 13 put salmon and cover both side with marinade and cover pyrex.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Place Salmon Filets in aluminium foil, cover with the marinade, and seal. Place sealed fish in the pyrex, and bake 40 minutes.
Good with spinach.
