2 lbs 93/7 ground beef2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce2 tsp Cavenders All Purpose Greek seasoning
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let sit in the refridgerator for at least 30 minutes so all ingredients mix well. Start your grill and let it get to medium to medium high heat. Burgers will be cooked directly over heat .
Make eight 4 oz patties. Place your burgers on the grill and cook on each side to your liken.

I usually use them for hamburgers with a sugar free whole wheat hamburger bun but you could also use them for a low calorie hamburger steak meal as well.
