1 lb. pork sausage3 large potatos1 cup each red, green and yellow bell peppers1 cup Sliced mushrooms1 cup baby carrots1 cup cauliflower1 cup broccoli
Brown Sausage & potatoes in a VERY large skillet.
When Sausage is cooked thru add Carrots, Broccoli and Cauliflower and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add Mushrooms and bell peppers and cover over medium heat.
Cook until all the vegetables are aldente- about 10-15 minutes
