Ingredients
20oz package Jenny-O ground turkey (taco seasoned)1 medium onion chopped1 cup chopped mushrooms1 cup chopped red bell pepper (about one medium pepper)
Directions
Saute onions and brown turkey in a non-stick skillet. Add mushrooms and bell pepper when turkey is brown and allow to cook together about 10 minutes.
Makes 8 half-cup servings.
