Turkey Chili with Hominy

Ingredients
Calorie-free olive oil spray1 lb ground turkey breast (99% fat free)2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed1 can hominy, drained and rinsed1 can chili beans (pinto)1 6oz can tomatoe paste1 can diced no salt added tomatoes1 4oz can diced green chilis1 med. onion1 green bell pepper1 TB garlicCilantroFat free Greek yogurt, approx 1 TB
Directions
Brown bell pepper, onion, 1-2 TB garlic and ground turkey with a shot of calorie-free olive oil spray. Add beans and hominy, drained. Then tomato paste and canned tomatos and chilis -- not drained. Add enough water to simmer -- about one can. Add approx 1 tsp cumin and 1 TB chilii powder, or to taste. Add 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper, or to taste, simmer. Top with chopped cilantro and a dollop of fat free Greek yogurt (add 24 calories to serving for yogurt). Makes ten one cup servings.
