Ingredients
Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Lentils, 3 cup (remove)Celery, raw, 3 cup, diced (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)*Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 1 cup (remove)Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put all the ingredients in the pot, turn it on and let it cook. Continue to season to taste. If you are not a vegitarian you can add chicken broth for added flavor.
