Melissa's Last Minute Chili

1 - 15.5 oz. can dark red kidney beans1 - 15.5 oz can black beans1 - 15 oz. can petite diced tomatoes1 - 15.5 oz. can pinto beans, Drained1 cup chopped onion2 cloves fresh minced garlic1 TBSP + 1 tsp ground cumin1/2 TBSP chili powder2 tsp coarse Kosher salt1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp onion powder1 TBSP olive oil2 TBSP fresh cilantro, chopped
Saute diced onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add tomatoes, black beans, and kidney beans to pot with their liquid. Drain pinto beans and add to pot. Add all spices except cilantro and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in cilantro (chopped) just before serving. The cumin measurements are accurate. I added one tbsp AND one tsp to the pot.
