curry chicken and potatoe roti

Ingredients
boneless, skinless chicken breast sliced approx- 600gr3 medium potatoes diced and boiled until tender1 large onion chopped7 tbls patak's hot curry paste1 cup table cream4 dahlpourie roti bread cut into halves2-3tbls vegatable oil
Directions
In a large frying pan heat oil and fry onion until golden. Stir in 7tbls of curry paste add chicken and cook for about 10mins. Then add 1 cup of cream stir, add diced boiled potatoes, let simmer on medium low- medium heat for 15-20 mins. cut roti bread in halves and heat roti bread for about 30 secsin microwave or until warm. Then spread curry chicken and potatoe on roti breads and serve. Makes about 4 1 cup servings or 8 1/2 cup servings.
