2 slices of Whole Wheat Bread1/2 cup of milk 2 Eggs1 tbsp of vanilla extract1 tsp of almond extract1 tsp of freshly ground nutmeg
1. Set stovetop to medium heat.
2. Spray flat skillet pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, milk, nutmeg, vanilla, and almond extract with a fork till well blended.
4. Dip bread in wet mixture, on both sides, till thoroughly coated.
5. Place on pan and cook for five minutes, or until lightly browned on both sides.
6. Enjoy!
