fried cabbage and pork

Ingredients
11/2 TBS EVOO1 medium onion chopped2 cloves garlic chopped3 medium radishes chopped2 apples chopped2 cups cabbage choppedpork loin sliced thin and cut in pieces1 TBS dill weed
Directions
heat olive oil in fry pan add vegtables and slowly saute them stirring occassionaly. add dill weed and balsalmic viniger and stir in well. cook until your desired tenderness and add pork pieces last .cook for 15 minutes longer.
This recipe is just something I threw together and experimented with. makes 1 cup servings. 31/2 servings per recipe.
