Roasted Cauliflower, Chickpeas and Olives

Ingredients
2.75c cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces12 olives, cut in half4 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped1 small can (7.75oz) garbanzo beans1.5 tbsp olive oilsalt and pepper to tastecrushed red pepper (optional)
Directions
Place first four ingredients in a roasting pan, drizzle with oil. Add salt, pepper and red pepper. Toss well to coat. Bake at 450 for 22 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
