black olive hummus

Ingredients
2 cans garbanzo beans (about 7 cups) rinsedLemon juice, about 1 cupgarlic (I use a lot)salt to tastePeanut butter ( or tahini) about 1/2 cup1 can drained black olives
Directions
mix first 5 in blender (puree) and adjust to taste--then gently stir in black olives--allow them to be chopped slightly but not obliterated. Enjoy on celery or crackers
