Connie's Homemade Horseradish Sauce for Corned Beef

Ingredients
1 tbs. Cornstarch2 tsp. sugar1 tsp. Dry mustard1 cup of water1tbs. Butter1/4 cup apple cider vinegar1 tbs. horseradish2 egg yolks beaten.
Directions
approx. 1 tablespoon per serving. I think.
Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan. Stir over low heat till mixture thickens and boils. Remove from heat add butter, vinegar and horseradish. Stir well and add a small amount of mixture to beaten eggs and mix well. Add egg mixture to pan and return to stove and stir and cook till thickened.
