My Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 lb. Chopped Turkey meat1 medium onion (chopped)1 tbsp garlic powder (or 3 fine chopped garlic cloves)1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp curry (optional)3 tbsps chili powder1 14.5 ounce can of diced tomatos1 14.5 ounce can of red kidney beans
Directions
Brown meat with onions and seasonings, add beans and canned tomatoes, along with half can of water and simmer for about 30 to 45 minutes (longer if you like), can be served with grated (low fat) cheddar and light sour cream if you like, but add calories and fat for those as they are not calculated into recipe
