Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 egg - Pasteurized if it’s not farm fresh 2 cloves garlic, minced (about 1/2 teaspoon) 1 1/2 teaspoons anchovy paste 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons lemon juice3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
In a blend add egg, garlic, anchovy paste, Dijon, Worcestershire and Lemon juice. Mix well. SLOWLY add the olive oil while the blender is running. This will have a thick and creamy dressing
