Mexican Chicken

Ingredients
1lb & 12oz of chicken (Partially frozen and trimmed of fat)26 oz Jar of Peach & Pineapple Salsa1 cup Brown Basmati Rice2 -14oz cans of Black beansPlace chicken in bottom of slow cooker then black bean (with liquid included) the rice and finally the salsa on top. put on high and cook for 4 hours. (can also cook on low for 8 hour if you have time) **May want to add 1/2 of water if it gets to thick.**Serves 3.25 oz servings of chicken and about 3/4 cup of everything else.
Directions
Place chicken then black beans, then rice with salsa on top.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours in slow cooker.
