Roast Meatloaf

Ingredients
25 oz ground beef (93%)2 eggs4 oz parmesan cheese1 1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp garlic powder2 tablespoons onion chopped ( 1 1/2 tsp dry minced onionsglaze1/2 c heinz ketchup or other low carb ketchup1/4 dry mustard2 tablespoons granular splenda
Directions
in large bowl, beat eggs with fork. Beat in the parmesan cheese and seasonings until well-blended. Add the meats and mix well with your hands until no streaks of parmesan are visible. Gently shape into a loaf in a foil-lined and greased loaf pan (9 x 5 ). Glaze over the whole meatloaf. Bake at 350 for 50-55 min or until meat is done in the center. Let rest a few minutes before slicing.
