Swede chips

Ingredients
1 medium swede, cut into 1/2 wide chunks2 Tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Cut swede into 1/2 inch wide chunks. Place in steamer and steam for 10 - 15 minutes.

Remove to a clean cloth and dry. Leave to sit for a few minutes to dry further.

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet. Cook the swede until lightly browned on one side, then turn and brown the other side.

Serve with ketchup or a chipotle mayonnaise. Goes well with chicken strips marinated in chipotle in adobo sauce. (see recipe)
