Ingredients
4 cups rolled oats1 cup sliced almonds1 cup chopped walnuts3/4 cup sweetened coconut6 tablespoons vegetable oil6 tablespoons maple syruppinch salt
Directions
Combine oats, nuts, coconut in a large bowl. In a measuring cup mix the vegetable oil, maple syrup and pinch of salt. Pour over the oat mixture and stir thoroughly to combine. Bake on 2 cookie sheets at 275* for 60-75 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until it is all golden and toasted. Let cool and then store at room temperature for up to 10 days. Makes 14 servings of 1/2 cup each.
