Quinoa Pilaf

Ingredients
Quinoa cooked, 1 cup (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Also spices- bay leaves, jeera, turmeric,
Directions
Take a pressure cooker / deep pan. Pour the oil .Let it hear up a little .Then add the bay leaves, pepper corns, jeera , turmeric and let the spices cook.Then add the chopped carrots and then one cup of quinoa.
Add 1.5 cups of water
Let this cook for 1 whistle of the cooker or if cookign in a pan - till all the water evaporates and quinoa is soft to touch
