Whole Wheat Brownies

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp baking powder1 cup sugar3/5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder8 egg whites1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F

Spray bottom of a 13"X9" cake pan with cooking spray

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl.

In a large bowl, whisk cocoa powder, unsweetened applesauce, sugar, vanilla and egg whites until well blended. Add dry ingredients to cocoa mixture and stir.

Pour into prepared cake pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
