Root Veggie Mash

Ingredients
4 cups sliced parsnips2 cups sliced carrots2 medium russet potatoes, peeled and chunked3 cups chicken broth2 cloves garlic1/2 tsp celery seed1/2 cup sour cream2 tbsp buttersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Simmer the veggies, garlic and celery seed in the broth until very tender. Strain off the extra broth. Roughly mash the veggies. Add the sour cream and butter. Mash and mix more. Salt and pepper to taste.
