Ingredients
* Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese * Tomato juice, with salt added, 5 cup * Pasta, cooked, 12 oz * Onions, raw, 3 slice, large (1/4" thick) * Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 cup, chopped or sliced * Parsley, dried, 4 tbsp * Cloves, ground, 0.25 tsp * Pepper, black, 2 tsp * Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (optional) * Romano Cheese, 1 oz (optional)
Directions
Start Water boiling for the noodles

Dice all veggies

In frying pan or wok, start warming tomato juice and cream cheese

Add noodles to water

After cream cheese is mostly melted, add veggies to sauce and keep stirring or sauce will burn

Add spices to sauce

When noodles are done, strain and pour into the sauce

Toss sauce and noodles

Serve with Romano or Parmesan cheese
