Crockpot roast beef

Ingredients
2.5 Lbs arm pot roast, remove all fat1 can lowfat cream of mushroom soup1 package lipton onion soup1 C sliced mushrooms1/2 C water
Directions
Place roast into crockpot.

In a small bowl mix water, soup and dry soup mix together. Pour over roast and cook for 4-6 hours until roast is tender. Add sliced mushrooms about an hour before serving.
