Turkey Teriyaki Thighs - Grilled

Ingredients
850 skinless boneless turkey thighs1 c. packed brown sugar1/2 c. soy sauce1/2 tsp. each: garlic and ginger
Directions
Combine sugar, soy sauce and spices and stir to dissolve sugar.
Save 1/2 of marinade.
To remaining marinade, add 2 pounds of chicken thighs, boneless and skinless.
Marinate, covered, at room temperature 1 hour or overnight in refrigerator.
Pay fry, broil, barbecue, microwave or bake in 350° oven for 30-45 minutes in single layer in baking pan until done.
Brush or pour on remaining marinade just before serving.
Garnish with sliced green onions or parsley.
