Maccaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
*Flour, white, .125 cup (remove)Butter, salted, 4 tbsp (remove)Milk, nonfat, 2 cup (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, diced (remove)*Barilla Elbow Macaroni, 16 oz (remove)*Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, .50 cup
Directions
Make white sauce by melting butter in medium size pan add flour. Stir till smooth. Add milk and stir till comes to a boil. Cook pasta & drain. Cube cheddar cheese. Assemble in a casserole by starting with the Pasta, then sprinkle with cheese, and then white sauce. Finish with bread crumbs. Note if using a deep casserole make 2 layers of paste sauce and cheese then top with bread crumbs. Cook in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Makes 8 servings.

    very easy basic recipe I made mine with a head of cauliflower add to the pasta and melted the cheese into the white sauce - 7/11/13

    I LIKE THIS DISH BUT I MADE IT WITHOUT THE CRUMBS. I PUT A SPRINKLE OF CHEESE ON TOP AND AND A SPRINKLE OF PAPRIKA INSTEAD. BESt not to have it for an evening meal as it is very calorific - 6/20/07
