Guatemalan Beet Salad

Ingredients
Beets, boiled, 1 cup slices Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Yambean (jicama), 1 cup slicesLime Juice, 1 lime yields Salt, 1 dash
Directions
Add all chopped ingredients; beets, carrots, jicama in a bowl. Squeeze the juices of one lime over the vegetables. Add salt to taste. Combine and let sit.
