Pork, Apple and Sage Meatballs

Ingredients
450 - 500g minced lean pork1/2 onion finely chopped1/2 large apple1 tsp dijon mustardFresh or dried sage leafpepper and salt to taste
Directions
1. Heat oven to 200˚C

2. Prepare all ingredients, then mix together with a fork.

3. Form into 9 balls arrange on foil on baking try

4. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, until golden

Serve with mashed potato, gravy and steamed mixed vegetables
