Spicy Chicken and Vegetables

1 tbs Olive Oil2 garlic cloves2 chicken breast2 yellow peppers2 C broccoli1/2 C onion chopped1/4 C chives (fresh)2 tbs low sodium soy sauce2 tbs teriyaki sauce2 tsp sriracha chili sauce
Start by cutting up chicken and then browning chicken in olive oil and gralic. Once chicken is brown put chicken in bowl and set to the side. Add vegetables. Once vegetables start to get soft add chicken back to skillet or wok and continue cooking. Put on low heat once chicken is cooked and add soy sauce, teriyaki and sriracha sauce. Simmer and serve with rice. What a crowd pleaser and much better for you then chinese food!!!!
