Ingredients
1 cup cooked navy beans (or any white bean)1 cup brown rice6 cups water20 medium baby carrots1/2 cup shelled edamame (soy beans)1 whole onion chopped2 cups fresh green cabbage, chopped1 tbsp curry powder4 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped
Directions
Place all ingredients in pot and simmer until nicely blended.
